Laurie invests the time to truly understand her clients’ challenges. Having climbed the corporate ladder at a Fortune 10 company, she’s been in their shoes. And it’s this multi-dimensional experience and knowledge that Laurie leverages to help her clients understand what they truly want in their lives and careers and how they can get there.
During her 20+ years in the corporate world, Laurie was known for successfully driving large teams through organizational change, delivering consistently strong results, and leading fully engaged teams who were personally and professionally fulfilled in their lives. Seeing the results she was able to achieve in her work environment, led to Laurie’s desire to help even more people create lives that maximize their power and potential.
Laurie received her certification for Executive Leadership Coaching from Coaches Training Institute (CTI), the largest coaches training school in the world (ICF accredited). She was drawn to CTI based on its proven coaching approach that enables people to achieve success and fulfillment in their work and lives through a powerful coach/client relationship that enables a sustained process of learning and growth.
Laurie is a graduate of the University of Washington in Seattle and holds a BA in Speech Communications and Broadcast. Laurie is a member of the Texas Women's Leadership Institute. When she's not coaching executives, Laurie serves on the Board of Sheltering Arms Early Education and Family Centers in Atlanta and enjoys traveling, reading, exercising, and spending time with her husband, two children, and rhodesian ridgeback.
